Legal Question in Disability Law in Florida
Im disable and rent is up to date, the property mgt. doesn't like me and has been trying to get me out for months, it went all the way to filing a complaint with fair housing.my landlord knows my sitituation and didn't ask me to leave when she found out the situation. so the prt mgt. found out 1/26/11 and i recieved by mail on the 1/29/99 an evicition notice, disabled and living off social security and i have 7 days to move, is this legal

What is the basis of the eviction? Failure to pay rent, end of lease, what? There has to be a legal reason. See a lawyer.
