I'm working for this company since 9/16/05 and the employer did not include me in the medical plan after the 90 day probation, when I pointed this out he said he is thinking about it, that was last April, everybody in the company is in the Major Medical, why me?

It is illegal to deny you medical benefits if you meet the terms of the plan. It is advisable you seek legal counsel regarding the denial of the benefits.
