eeoc mediation
in february 2009 i applied for an RN position at an area nursing home. my preemployment drug testing besides the standard urine drug test the lab performed a medical test,it was a blood test for alcohol testing. i filed a charge with the eeoc shortly after, my rights were violated according to the ADA performing a medical test without a conditional job offer. I received a letter for a mediation hearing. what type of monetary damages can i ask for? thanks
