Legal Question in Disability Law in Florida

employment discrimination

i was recently fired from my job i had for 4mos. they were having problems , they decided to do a background check and because of my past criminal record they fired me. when i applied i checked yes to the felony guestion. another employee was taking inventory and management couldnt prove who was doing it they picked me. i am one of two white people there and was up for asst. manager. do i have a claim?
