Where can I find Case law on Guide dogs being denied access in public accommodations,both federal and state?

In Florida the rights of physically disabled persons to use guide or service dogs and be admitted to public facilities are outlined in Florida Statutes Chapter 413.08. You may want to research that statute in a local law library.
