Legal Question in Disability Law in Florida

Legally Blind Discrimination

I am 59 yrs old and was born legally blind. Florida

provides fishing licence to people who are blind or legally

blind. I applied and was turn down because I am not getting

Social Security. I believe all services provided for people with disabilities should be the same reguardless whether

you are getting Social Security or not.Is this grounds for a law suit to change the law.
