if you have a speeding ticket go to court and you have a adjudication withheld and have to pay fine, that will still in your driver record? or the speeding ticket will not show

It can be seen on your driving record so to speak. However you will have no points on your record. That means the insurance company cannot ding you for it, will not count against you as for as habitual driving, ect.
