Legal Question in Disability Law in Florida
I am being sued for a minor car accident that happened a couple months ago. I rear ended a lady but going very slowly, it was in a school area and I was going through speed bumps at 2-5 mph, and I hit her not paying attention. She got a lawyer and says shes been severly injured, even though she seemed fine to me the next day I saw her. Her lawyer sent a letter to my insurance company saying they demand $25,000. My insurance company took pictures of both cares and reported no damage to mine, and hers I think none either. I am 18 years old now and I don't know much about these cases and I need help. What should I do?
