Legal Question in Disability Law in Florida
Temporary partial medical disability
I had knee surgery which turned in to 8 weeks on crutches instead of 1 week. (NOT worker's comp related) My employer is holding my job for me (I am a dental assistant). I could work at his front desk or could even do some work from home computer while on crutches. Is he required to give me this opportunity?
