Titution assistance
In 2003 my husband was diagnois with Ms since then he been taking classes and earning a B in class. Recently he as developed short term memory and because of his illness he earned a C in his graduate class. He job does off titution assistance. I called titution assistance with his job and they stated they do not offer any titution assistance for people with a disability. Is that again the law?

I honestly doubt that the employer said this - it would certainly be illegal to draw such a distinction. There must have been some miscommunication. Perhaps they meant that a "c" grade is not reimbursed or something like that. In any case, you should call again and seek clarification. If they say that disabled people are not covered, ask to see the reimbursement policy (which would not have such a rule), and then point out that it does not (and legally could not) omit disabled people. If you do not get anywhere, I recommend going over the person's head to a director or VP. If that does not help and it appears they are truly discriminating due to the disability, then you can file a complaint for free with either the EEOC or a state or county human rights commission. There are time limits involved, so do that right away if you have no other choice. You do not need an attorney to pursue such a complaint.
