work and D. O. T. discrimination
two years ago i was hired to drive truck. i explained i was restricted to the state of florida last week i had to sign a new contract for almost half the money to keep my job the contract stated instate drivers will work for less than otr drivers . is this legal. also they are charging us 90$ per 500$ to write our check

The only thing that makes sense to me is that you're being ripped off.
No one should have to pay to receive his income. I sincerely hope I misunderstood what you meant, because if I didn't the conduct borders on criminal. Go get a lawyer (legal aide if you have to!) and get that nonsense sorted out right away.
