Legal Question in Disability Law in Florida

i had a work injury in florida resulting in 3 back surgeries, the last was spinal fusion. i have constant numbness/pain in foot from permanent nerve damage due to waiting 8 months for fusion surgery approval. i have developed high bloodpressure and sexual dysfunction after injury. am i able to get a settlement even though i am still employed with same company? i was a supervisor prior to injury and am now just a laborer working for less than i would have without injury. thanks, john

Did you make a claim for workers compensation benefits? If not you should and you should confer with an attorney that handles workers compensation claims to see what your rights may be.
