I was woundering if i have a case i was with the company for three years and got pregnant with in three weeks of the work finding out they fired me

You may or may not. That would depend on if your contract stipulates that you are an at-will employee or not. If not, it still will be difficult to prove that they fired you because of your pregnancy.
