Corperation question

Can a person who is no longer an Employee, Drector or Registered Agent of a Corporation withold the check books and paperwork of said corporation from its stockholders, at a different location ?

No. Particularly if proper steps were taken to amend your articles and remove the person of record as an employee, director and registered agent. If these amendments or revisions were executed, this individual must relinquish control of these records to the corporation's successor. I also would recommend revisions to the bylaws as well.
