Re: Dating a minor..
You asked about dating a 20 year old when you are 13.
This question has been asked and answered ad nauseum on this board.
It is not abnormal for a 13 year old to be attracted to an older person. But there are so many things wrong with a 20 year old being attracted to a 13 year old. When you are older, that 7 year age difference won't be a big deal. But right now it is. And if that person returns your affections then it is a big sign that the person is unsuitable. Stay away from that person and consider them poison until you are 18.
And yes, many types of contact between people of the ages you describe would result in criminal penalties. Keep it platonic and focus on guys you're own age.
Finally, tell your parents or another trusted adult about this situation. They can offer better advice.
Regards,
Roger
