Legal Question in Administrative Law in Florida
I was a deputy sheriff for 5 years and had a flawless arrest record of over 750..I had a horrible juvenile past and had to fight to be a deputy because of it..i was cleared by an administrative law judge saying that i disclosed all of my JUVENILE record up front and it was not to be used against me as an adult..well i quit about 1.5 years ago due to corruption from the sheriff and he said he would make me pay and blackball me due to my actions..well yesterday a friend calls me and says my whole juvenile record is on google.. It has full police reports and all of my actions in the events..all of this happend between the ages 13-15 ..since this is so accessible i feel i have a lawsuit against NC sheriffs justice trainings standards due to my juvenile record not being public information. dont i???
