how to have a judge recused from a case

in an upcoming trial for lawyers fees the opposing side is related to the judge of the hearing and we feel that he will be impartial to this hearing. there are numerous allegations that the opposing side has made comments to the effect that the judge will side with them. what paperwork do we need to file to respectfully ask the judge to recuse himself and will it help if we have notarized statements from others of this accusation? thank yu for your help sincerely varonica

You need to file a motion to recuse the judge from your cases as soon as possible.

You can ask for an off the record meeting with all parties and the judge or set a motion for hearing.
