Legal Question in Administrative Law in Florida
A law firm had my case for 3 months and dropped it. I requested all my original paperwork back and they said it was mailed. Now it is lost in the mail. What now?

They should have a copy in their file. Send a certified letter requesting your paperwork again. You may also want to consider filing a bar complaint with the Florida Bar.
