Send them a registered letter. Tell the owner of the mobile home that you want their mobile home removed from the land. If they don't remove it, hire an attorney to go to circuit court and get a court order to have it moved. If they still don't move it, go back to court and get sanctions for contempt of court. If they still don't move it, ask the court to grant permission for you to have it removed.
