patent

I have a '' Patent Pending '' item and I have contacted

a company to manufacture the item but they will not sign a nondisclosure, is this typical?

Actually it is. I have had quite a few clients with inventions, patents and business concepts. Most companies will not sign a non-disclosure and some will make you sign a document I call a reverse non-disclosure. It depends how much they need a product like yours and your clout in the industry.
