Legal Question in Administrative Law in Florida
In my place of employment there is a co-worker that is very abusive towards me and other employees often accusing us of not doing our work properly and even when she is proven to be worng and the management team is advised they do nothing to stop the verbal abuse. There has been many times when we (employees) are on the phone with a customer that she goes to our desk and starys yelling at us not allowing us to do our work properly. She will call Ac techincians, plumbers that work for the same company and verbally abuse them too. The owner of the company will not do anything to her to stop this abuse. With the economy being as bad as it is we have to stay to work there since work is hard to find at this time. Is there anything we can do to stop this? There has been several good employees lost due to her abusiveness.

There is nothing you can do to stop this "abuse" (we are using that term loosely) other than report the conduct to management.
