Legal Question in Administrative Law in Florida
I am looking for a power of attorney form to give a son permission from his mother too speak to a credit card company on her behalf. This is in Florida.Which form should i use?

if it is only for the one creditor, they probably have a form for the mother to sign. A person can give a creditor express permission to speak with someone else. A Power of Attorney should not be required.
