power of attorney question

What happens to the power of attorney if the person(s) granting it to the appointed ,becomes deceased?

The person granting the power of attorney became deceased? I've never heard it put that way.

Powers of Attorney are in effect for a statutory period, or until the principal (that's the guy granting the POA) dies. Powers of attorney always lose effect upon the death of the principal.
