Privacy Infringment
The US Military Account Service sent my ex-wife my bank account information, as well as my Tax Form 1099-R. This is a gross violation of my privacy, and totally unacceptable.
Is a lawsuit possible?

An attorney will need to know more details to give you a reliable answer. You can start by asking the Account Service for the basis on which they did it; that should point you to at least some of the relevant laws.
