Sealing or expunging of criminal records
Will a person be able to legally seal or expunge criminal records if; they were charged, arrested and sentenced to prison for a non violence, white colar crime such as charges commonly associated with check fraud ex. Grand theft, uttering forged instrument etc? And what's the average cost?

No. Basically, if you have been found guilty of more than one criminal charge in your life, then you cannot get any criminal case sealed or expunged. Generally, expungement is only available if they dropped the charges or you were found not guilty and you have no more than one criminal offense. The average criminal expungement costs around $350-500.00. Sorry!
