Legal Question in Administrative Law in Florida
Student Questioning
If a criminal authority, such as a detective, has deemed a situation non-violent, non-criminal, can a principal continue questioning a student after a written statement was submitted to the detective? The student's statement was rewritten on a blank sheet of paper under the principal's wittnessing.

Re: Student Questioning
Get a local lawyer, and I mean NOW.
The principal is really violating a lot of
rights here.
