Underage sex between 16year old and 24 year old
I know a guy who is having a sexual relationship with this girl who is 16. He is 24 years old. The mother of the girl is o.k. with it but is it going to send him to jail if they are caught?

he should stop the relationship and hope the mother, girl, or her father don't press charges.
