Will validation from NY to Florida

I am moving to Florida from New York and will become a resident in the fall of 2007. Is the Will that I created in New York legal in Florida or must I draw up a new one?

It is still legal, but you should revise your will often enought to fit your changing life circumstances. Moving from one state to another will change other laws that apply to you; so revising your will is always advisable.
