in 2004 my car was involved in a crash there was a judgement againest me in 2008 that i didnt know about at all .didnt know anything about any one having been injured and that i had to pay can i appeal to have the intress dropped cause its been a 6% for every month i didnt pay so its up to 10,130 when it was 2000 something again i didnt know

You need an attorney to appeal the (default?) judgement to the court on the basis of lack of service of process. If the other side can prove that you were served with the suit, but failed to appear, then you will have to pay the judgement, interest and all.
The time for an appeal may well have passed. There is, however, a process by which you can proceed in the trial court to "set aside" the judgment (if certain criteria are met.) In what Florida county was this judgment entered?
