Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Florida
in affected assistance of counsel
My lawyer told my husband he couldn't strike the jury panel, when he told him he wanted the jury striked. This is in his transripts.
Case law shows it can and could have been done.
My question is can my husband file on it and a motion for a new trial?

Re: in affected assistance of counsel
Perhaps -- more information is required. The time to do so has probably passed. Discuss this with your husband's attorney.
