Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Florida
appeal
A judgement was awarded against me in a FL civil court. It was then overturned on appeal based on no jurisdiction for a FL court to hear case. Plaintiff brought case to FL misleading court that I was a resident of FL. I denied FL residence on numerous levels with no resolve until the appeal process. Am I entitled to seek relief from legal fees?

Re: appeal
No, not based on anything you have described. You would have needed to file a 57.105 motion or a proposal for settlement under the rules.
