Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Florida
If two children are too young to receive a death benefit from an insurance policy and the deceased puts it in her brothers name with a Will indicating her intentions for the money and he absconds with the funds, are there any legal actions that can be taken?
Please help my sister's sons as she died of cancer when they were 8 & 9 as a single parent who was also a police officer.

Yes, a person who is acting as a trustee for another's assets has a fiduciary duty to those persons. You will need an attorney to review all relevant documents, in order to apply the law to the facts of your case.
