Domestic violence - can it be expunged/sealed?
Friend of mine was arrested for domestic violence approx. 6 years ago but the adjudication was withheld. He is unable to get--name removed--job now because it shows up on all background searches. Can his record be sealed or expunged?

It is possible to seal criminal records. Tell your friend to see an attorney - probably one who practices criminal law.
