Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Florida
Hi,
I'm a pro se litigant in federal court. I lost on summary judgment, appealed to the 11th circuit and got a partial reversal and remand to trial. The mandate was submitted on 11/17/10. As of today, the district judge has not acknowledged the mandate. What can I do to get a trial date, is there anything I am supposed to do in the meantime?
Thanks.

File a motion to set trial date outlining what you have stated here. Make sure you file it with the judge and send a copy to attorney with a date of service
