How/Can I file an appeal on a final judgement on a lawsuit.

If you are still within the time period for an appeal, you can either file it yourself, following all of the court rules, paying the filing fee, and sending it where it needs to go.....
or
you can hire an attorney, if you want to make sure it is done right.
