Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Florida
Incorrectly adressed letter..
If a letter is incorrectly addressed to a person does it void its contents?
I received a letter issued to a Ms. Alex *** i am not a girl, therefore i would need a Mr. Alex ***. I received the letter from my Housing department at college for a violation. Does the violation get voided, or is this just a typo that can get fixed?

No -- it does not void the violation or affect it (unless the violation was for going into the men's room!).
