Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Florida
Injunction for repeat violence
I'm a respondent in an injunction for repeat violence. Is there any way I can appeal the injunction that has already been granted in the plaintiffs favor?

Typically, you do not need an appeal. What you describe is an initial injunction without a hearing. If so, there must be a full hearing with the trial court. If you have had a full hearing in which you participated or had the right to, then you will need to move to lift the injunction or perhaps can appeal (but you only had 30 days to appeal).
