judgments
i have a judgment against me on an apartment lease that i had nothing to do with. my name was forged and i need to know how to file a motion to dismiss the judgment.

You don't dismiss a judgment, you may have it set aside; however, if you were served with the suit papers and ignored it, then you will have a difficult time setting aside the judgment. If you were not served with process, then the judgment may be set aside by so alleging and proving. Do not delay, once you have notice of the judgment you must move without delay to set the judgment aside.
