How can i get my money from a court order from a friend
I had this friend that i sued her about a car. Ok she sign for a car for me and i use to give her the money orders to pay the car note ok three months she didn't pay the car note. So the car was repo. Because she didn't make the car payments for those three month's ok i took her to court and sued her for the money that i gave her for three month's. To pay the car note. And i won the case and she was granted to pay me $900.00 and she had to pay it in payments installment of $50.00 every month before the 15th day. Her first payment suppose to been made in march of 1997 before the 15th day i haven't received a payment yet. and i wonder how can i go about getting my money from her. what do i suppose to do.

There are several different procedures

one has avaiable for collecting judgments.

I strongly suggest you make an appointment

and consult an attorney who is experienced

in collections.
