how do I regain my sovereignty by filing ucc form to disolve my strawman.what form do I use. what are the advantages and disadvantages. thank you.

There are no advantages. The disadvantages are that doing this will take time, effort and money, and will make you look foolish.
There is no such thing as individual sovereignty, at least not in the sense that you mean. There is no strawman to dissolve. And even if there were, a UCC filing wouldn't dissolve it. What you describe is a scam, which quite a few people have tried -- and which every single one of them has learned does not work.
I just hope you didn't pay anyone to "teach" you these things.
