Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Florida
time bared
i have an friend that's currently locked up. In 2004 he went to the outside court through an 3.850 motino. He amended the 3.850 motion with the issue of being charged within 1000 ft of an school(sells) Before he had the evidentary hearing for his orginal motion the judge denied his amnded with no case law ext.. He then filed an motion to clairfy and the judge also denied that motion. Is there anyway he can reenter the issuse this issue or anything to have the judge respond to the amended motion properly.
