Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Florida
Writ of Certiorari
Where do I file a Writ of Certiorari? The 5th DCA denied certification of my appeal as a question of great public importance. I want to appeal their denial of that order to the supreme court. So, which court is the writ file in here in Florida? And what all do I have to include in the writ of certiorari?

Re: Writ of Certiorari
I need more info re your writ. Ordinarily, a petition that challenges a trial court order is taken to the next highest court and filed there.
Has there already been an appeal?
