Writ of replevin
i need to get a writ of replevin from a judge so i can retrieve my firearms that were taken when a family member threatened suicide - how do i get it without hiring an attorney

Write the motion using the correct case number; file it with the clerk of courts; send a copy to the judge and a copy to the state attorney. Call the judge's office and set a hearing date. At that hearing you will have the opportunity to speak with the judge and explain your story. All My Best, Joseph Vredevelt
