neck injury
i got an inflight neck injurt on cessna plane of 40 min flight from having head jerked violently during turbulance and question of engine acting properly fell jerking spiting and sputtering MRI shows bulging disc, extreme pain impacting on daily living and makes job hard to do. Do ihave a case

Perhaps. It depends on what the weather was like, how violent the ride was, whether you went immediately to the doctor, etcetera.
Be sure you consult with someone experienced in handling aviation cases and preferably someone who is a pilot.
