Legal Question in Banking Law in Florida
Advice on a pay out for a structured settlement.
I contacted several companies regarding my structured settlement and I received an offer I like. I realize that most people believe against such deals, but I did the math on interest of student loans and car loans that I have and have found that I am only losing about $1,000 in two years and that amount of money will not make a difference in two years from now when I am out of college and practicing as a nurse. One of the provisions in the the agreement is that I seek legal advice concerning this agreement. I read through the contract and throughlly understand it, but I still need an official letter from an attorney stating they reviewed the case with me. Is there an attorney that would like to sit down or call and talk to me concerning this case. Of course I will pay a retainer and I do have contact information if some one would like to speak to the company about the transaction. Please contact me. Thank you!

I can go over the terms of the agreement with you over the phone and mail you a letter. I don't normally advise people to take all the cash at once but the client makes the final decision.
