Legal Question in Banking Law in Florida
Does a bank have to accept a promissory note (state of florida ) ? i'd like to borrow money and want to give them a promissory note to pay them in payments at a later date with interest of 7% .that's on the note do they have to accept this and deposit the amount into my account or give me the amount that's on the promissory note once i have signed it and have it notarized ?

The Bank, if it is willing to lend you money, will create a note that is in a form that it is satisfied with. You have no right to make a bank loan you money with a note that you create.
