Legal Question in Banking Law in Florida
My bank does not post any credits (returned items, social security, pensions) right away, when they get them. They post my charges right away.
My bank says this is the way it is since five years ago.
To me this amounts to fraud.

Change banks. That will solve your problem. Let them know why you are changing banks.
