Legal Question in Banking Law in Florida
My bank refuses to reverse fraudulent charges to my account. They credited the amount and then reversed two days later. I have disputed it several times. This is the second charge and my finances have been totally thrown of course. They are telling me to dispute both charges again. I have called their corporate office, spoke to numerous supervisors. Im confused, what should I do?
