Legal Question in Banking Law in Florida
What can I do to get my belongings and legal documents out of my husband's safety deposit box? He is holding them without my permission.

You will have to get the husband to get the items for you. He must have had permission at some stage. Now that permission is being revoked, and you can sue him for replevin if he refuses, perhaps even civil theft and conversion.
