check endorsements
my husband received a cashiers check from his moms estate account he deposited with for deposit only and the account number our bank cleared it and three days later the other bank took back the funds now we have fees no one wants to pay, are we stuck with these fees.

Hi:
There really is not enough for me to make a propert determination, ie why did the party's to the estate withdraw the check, etc.
If you have a copy of the check and you feel that they rescinded the check unlawfully, then perhaps you should pursue a small claims action
